Good evening crafters,

please forgive the lateness of my blogging today. For those who don't know, I have a broken right Ankle, so I am pretty much house bound, I cannot bear weight on my leg and I'm in a boot. So, today I made good use of the time I had to work On my passion, ATC cards!! I worked on two sets of cards one set for each of two separate swaps I am part of. The theme for the first swap (for December) is Animals, so I made these cute little Fox ATC's

The background is paper from Taylored Expessions "Build A Scene" paper packs, the small clouds and the Fox, the glasses and the flowers are all from Taylored Expressions Dies. I really had fun building the scene on this little card. Oh the Bluebird is also from a Taylored Expression Die. I believe she calls them her Little Bits. I just Love them. It was very relaxing sitting, putting this together. The Tree I cut from  paper in the "Build a Scene" TE paper pack and also cut the sun from the same paper pack.

I truly enjoy coming up with ideas to make new and different ATC cards. The Fox cards will go to a swap in Arizona at  The Paper Collage and I am working on a jar of Pickles for a Swap in the ATC Unleashed Swap, also in Arizona. So, stand by to see the finished Pickle jars!! Until tomorrow......................Happy Crafting!!

Hello Fellow Crafters.......

Today, I join those of you with Blogs.  I have tried and tried before but usually failed due to time constraints and failure to post regularly.  This is mainly a Crafting blog but will be sprinkled with the love of family and friends. My intent is to start showing my crafting skills by publishing pictures of my projects here on my blog. I also want to begin showing tutorials and possibly even posting links to you tube tutorials by me. Another reason I have started this blog is because I have determined recently that I want to be chosen to be on a Design Team for someone or some entity when Design Calls are put out. I believe my skills have improved over the years that I am ready to take my crafting to the next level. I look forward to hearing from many of you on my blog and I look forward to this new direction I am taking in my crafting. I am never too old to learn something new and I live by a few scriptures and sayings:   "I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me" Phil 4:`13  and "Life is not about the number of breaths we take, it's about the moments that take out breath away". These are two of my favorites but I will be sharing more as I work my way through this wonderful world of ours that is crafting and friendship. Happy Crafting Ya'll!
